Groundwork has begun on one of the larger residential developments in recent years. Construction of three nine-storey residential buildings has started between Staroszkolna and Hutnicza streets (behind the Stary Dworzec Shopping Park).
Each building will have 81 residential units, giving a total of 243 apartments. They will include two-, three- and four-room apartments. Each building will have two elevators and underground parking spaces. Commercial premises will also be built there.
If nothing stands in the way, the first building will be ready by the end of 2023, while the entire development is scheduled for completion within three years.
