The investment has begun on the site of the former Prnjavor motel and restaurant on the way out of Bolesławiec. The investmap.pl website reports:

PROPCO, a developer focused on small warehouse facilities, has finalized a transaction concerning the development of a property for DPD Polska Sp. z o.o. A BTS (Build To Suit) facility will be built in Bolesławiec, providing a total of 2,500 sq m of modern cross-dock space.

The portal adds:

This is the first project carried out for DPD Polska as part of a development program for regional small-format last-mile logistics facilities.

Construction began at the turn of June and July. The facility is expected to be ready at the turn of 2022 and 2023. Details are available on investmap.pl.
