Panattoni is a leader in the industrial real estate market in Europe. In Lower Silesia, it has already built 21 logistics parks serving clients from many sectors, including e-commerce, logistics and industry. The 22nd park is being built at the exit from Bolesławiec towards Gromadka, next to Rhenus Logistics.

Panattoni on the investment in Bolesławiec:

The investment will be developed in accordance with the company's new technical specification—it will reach a clear height of 12 m and will also undergo BREEAM certification at the Excellent level.

This will be the developer's 22nd park in Lower Silesia. Panattoni Park Bolesławiec is intended to serve clients from many sectors, including e-commerce, logistics and industry. Investor:

The developer will ensure suitable access to daylight, acoustics and thermal comfort for employees, and will also develop an air quality plan. In addition, a mechanical ventilation system will be designed to minimise the concentration and recirculation of pollutants. Panattoni will also apply an enhanced standard of solutions limiting the consumption of drinking water, including a leak detection system, a rainwater system and water-saving fittings.

Damian Kowalczyk, development director at Panattoni:

Interest in warehouse facilities close to the border continues to grow, and Panattoni is doing everything it can to meet this demand. We deliver investments that enable the servicing of both the German market and the entire western and southern parts of the continent. Panattoni Park Bolesławiec is an example—it will be located just half an hour from the western border.
