BKS in the IV league. Bolesławiec’s team secured promotion in the 25th round of the regional league competition. Saturday’s away match against Włókniarz Leśna ended 2:2 (1:1).
This means that the points advantage held by the team from Bolesławiec is already sufficient for promotion, regardless of the results in the final five rounds of the competition.
The goals for BKS in Saturday’s match were scored by: Jakub Rissmann and Karol Borowski; for Włókniarz Leśna: Bartosz Wichuła and Konrad Kalka.
BKS began celebrating promotion on the pitch in Leśna. After arriving in Bolesławiec, the players, coaches and club president appeared in the market square, where they also celebrated the promotion. “IV league, IV league, BKS. This is how BKS celebrates, this is how BKS celebrates, and the promotion is ours,” the players sang in Bolesławiec’s market square.
