As reported by the Ministry of Health:

People aged ≥ 12 who have received an additional dose (people with immune disorders) may receive a booster dose (the fourth dose) at least 5 months after the additional dose.

Ministry officials recommend that Pfizer and Moderna preparations be administered as the booster vaccination.

Ministry:

An appointment referral for a booster vaccination will be issued automatically for people who have received an additional dose if 150 days have elapsed since the additional dose and the vaccination itself has been correctly recorded in the Vaccination Card (3 of 3).
