It is finally known when the Bolesławiec graduation tower will open: 1 March. The excellent brine will make a one-hour inhalation equivalent to... a three-day stay by the sea.
And if the place proves very popular with the residents of Bolesławiec, the city authorities, together with PWiK, will consider another facility of this type.
What do you think? We invite you to join the discussion.
Let us recall. During the November session of the Bolesławiec City Council, Mayor Piotr Roman informed councillors that construction work was underway on the Bolesławiec graduation tower. He also said that the brine supply was secured for the entire following year.
“In an era of rising numbers of illnesses and so-called long COVID, it is undoubtedly extremely important to use such a graduation tower properly,” P. Roman added in November last year.
We actually reported on the matter last summer. At the time, we wrote:
Great news for those who, for various reasons, will not be going to the seaside this summer to breathe its exceptionally healthy air. A brine graduation tower will be built in Bolesławiec, which will certainly help both those suffering, for example, from thyroid diseases and those who have overcome COVID-19.
Around 20 people will be able to use the facility at one time. What is more, visitors will be able to quench their thirst at the graduation tower with healthy Bolesławiec spring water.
Where was it built?
Three locations were considered. Ultimately, the choice fell on the park, right next to the building of the Municipal Public Library – Knowledge Centre.
