Earthworks have begun in connection with the construction of the Panattoni Park Bolesławiec facility. The 50,000 m² hall is being built in the economic zone in Bolesławiec, between the existing Rhenus Logistics company and Modłowa Street (on the way out of Bolesławiec towards Gromadka).
Panattoni is the leader in the industrial real estate market in Europe. In Lower Silesia, it has already built 21 logistics parks serving clients from many sectors, including e-commerce, logistics and industry.
Investor:
The developer will ensure adequate access to daylight, acoustics and thermal comfort for employees, and will also develop an air quality plan. In addition, a mechanical ventilation system will be designed to minimize the concentration and recirculation of pollutants. Panattoni will also apply a higher standard of solutions reducing potable water consumption, including a leak detection system, a rainwater installation and water-saving fixtures.
