We were among the first to protect cars with PPF (Protection Paint Film) protective films. We apply Llumar film, which is #1 in the industry. PPF protects a car’s paintwork for up to 12 years and provides excellent protection against mechanical damage.
In addition to protecting the paintwork against stone chips, dirt and sunlight, it is distinguished by a very high level of self-healing. As a result, both minor and deeper scratches disappear on their own under the influence of heat. Every car on which we apply PPF is provided with a Certificate of Authenticity and the Manufacturer’s Warranty. We install the film on selected elements, such as the bonnet, wings, front bumper, headlights, door-handle recesses, door edges and loading sill—all elements most exposed to damage—or on the entire car, in which case every painted element is protected with PPF.
MAR-CAR is also an accredited leader in ceramic coatings by FIREBALL in our region. FIREBALL is a Korean manufacturer of premium ceramic coatings. Ceramic coating is applied to painted elements as well as windows, mirrors, plastics, rims and calipers. The ceramic coating bonds with the paintwork, creating an additional protective layer of up to 10 microns. Certified PPF, on the other hand, can be up to 300 microns thick.
The ceramic coating has highly hydrophobic properties, making it more difficult for contaminants to adhere to the bodywork. It also improves anti-corrosion properties, making the paintwork more resistant to bird droppings, chemicals and road salt. It enhances the depth of the paintwork, giving it an attractive appearance and a glass-like finish.
