The “Honorary Blood Donor – Meritorious for the Health of the Nation” decorations were presented by the president of Bolesławiec, Piotr Roman. The decorations were awarded to:

- Rafał Kobak,
- Jan Strużyński,
- Sławomir Gruszecki.
They regularly share the most precious gift, blood. “The idea of voluntarily and selflessly sharing the precious gift of life with others deserves gratitude and respect,” P. Roman emphasized.
