On Sunday, 7 March, Paweł Zieliński, assistant to MEP Lidia Geringer de Oedenberg, and members of the Bolesławiec Federation of Young Social Democrats celebrated International Women’s Day. FMS members handed roses to women they met and offered their best wishes. “To be honest, I doubted that people still remembered such holidays,” said one of the women who received flowers.
“The flowers we handed out brought the women a great deal of joy. Thanks to this, we know that such initiatives make sense. I wish all women all the best and hope that every day will be their special day,” Paweł Zieliński summed up.
