A notice about important changes to the rules and organization of patient visits at the facility was published on the Facebook profile of Zespół Opieki Zdrowotnej in Bolesławiec. Here they are:
- A VISITOR MAY VISIT A PATIENT IF ONE OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS IS MET:
- 14 days, but no more than 365 days, have passed since the last vaccine dose was administered (for two-dose and single-dose preparations) – the visitor must present medical staff with a vaccination certificate;
- the visitor has a negative PCR or antigen test result for the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, performed no earlier than 48 hours before the visit, and has a document confirming the test result;
- the visitor has recovered from the infection, and 11 to 180 days have passed since the date of the first positive test for the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus – confirmed by a document.
In the Pediatric Ward, one parent or guardian may stay with the patient – the same rules for assessing the parent’s or guardian’s epidemiological status with regard to COVID-19 apply as for patients admitted to the Hospital (a vaccinated person must present a vaccination passport).
