The incident occurred on Sunday, 18 July, in the village of Zebrzydowa. As reported by The Bad Bunzlauer:
Under the Lewiatan supermarket in Zebrzydowa, they crashed a passenger car into a house. The driver was probably under the influence, and they fled the scene.
The 34-year-old woman, a resident of Bolesławiec County, performed a turning manoeuvre incorrectly and hit the building. It turned out that seven people, including five children, were travelling in a Ford Focus. The children were taken to a hospital in Legnica for examinations. Fortunately, none of them suffered anything serious.
The woman does not have a driving licence. What is more, she was drunk (1 per mille in her exhaled breath). She may now face up to two years in prison.

Alert! On 18 July 2021, after 9 p.m., we were dispatched to a road accident in Zebrzydowa. Upon arriving at the scene, it was established that one passenger car had been involved in the incident. Seven people, including five children, were travelling in it.
The firefighters added:
Qualified first aid was provided to all those involved in the incident. In addition, the scene was secured and the vehicle's battery was disconnected. The operation lasted approximately one hour.
Firefighters from Nowogrodziec, Czerna, Zebrzydowa and Bolesławiec, as well as the police and two emergency medical teams, took part in the operation.
