The dispute over the land on Fabryczna Street had continued for years. Dajfam operated a car park and a bar there, open around the clock. The city opposed this. Eventually, after several final court rulings in which the courts found in favour of the municipality, a bailiff demolished the bar located in the car park. Dajfam must still hand over another car park to the city, on Łokietka Street. A tender for the lease of both plots will be announced.

Meanwhile, Dajfam should receive compensation from the city for refusing to allow beer to be sold at the bar. This case has been ongoing for eight years. The court found in favour of the company, and the city should pay it PLN 120,000, including interest. However, the mayor filed an appeal with the Supreme Court seeking to have the judgment overturned.

This is not the end of the disputes, however. The city authorities are already announcing that they will file counterclaims against Dajfam for using the land without an agreement.
