Last week, a reader called us:
It concerns vaccinations at the secondary school. The raffle has now started; I tried to log in with my husband, and we have both received the second dose of the vaccine.
The reader tried to register for the raffle via the helpline, but the helpline operator said that the woman registering was listed as unvaccinated because Bolesławiec “had not conducted electronic registration.” She advised the reader to call the vaccination point at I LO again.
There, the woman was referred to the coordinator of the Zespół Opieki Zdrowotnej, whom she ultimately could not reach by phone. The woman comments:
Thousands of people have been left in the lurch like this.
ZOZ explains:
Regarding participation in the National Vaccination Programme Raffle, we can say that all data concerning vaccinated people are entered into the system without delay. We are meeting all the requirements on our end to ensure that vaccinated people appear in the system on an ongoing basis.
And it emphasizes:
Recently, we have received a great deal of information about problems registering to participate in the National Vaccination Programme Raffle. Based on the reports, we can say that the problems affect only people who use the helpline, which is why we recommend using the Internet Patient Account.
