The Act of 14 August 2020 amending the Road Traffic Act and certain other acts (Journal of Laws, item 1517) introduced changes, and as of 5 December, the physical driving licence is no longer required during a police check. Instead, officers verify the driver's details directly in the Central Register of Drivers.
To check your current driving entitlements, enter your first name and surname, as well as the series and number of your driving licence document, in the appropriate fields.
