The incident occurred at 8:04 p.m. on Sunday at the intersection of Asnyka and Żwirki i Wigury streets. The driver of a silver car entered the intersection on a red light. Another vehicle struck its side. The vehicle pushed by the impact hit the traffic lights and bent the pole.
The driver who had the right of way may not have noticed the car violating the rules because there was another vehicle between them.
