Currently, 9 specialist clinics operate at Zespół Opieki Zdrowotnej w Bolesławcu, providing medical assistance to patients who have already been diagnosed, people continuing treatment, as well as patients visiting for the first time. ZOZ:
To see a specialist, a referral is required, which may be issued by a primary care physician (family doctor). The exceptions are the Oncology Clinic and the Gynaecology Clinic, which patients can visit without referrals.
IMPORTANT: the Gynaecology Clinic accepts adult female patients only.
How do you register?
You must register for each clinic by telephone – phone numbers: 75 738 01 32, 75 738 02 80. The patient will be informed of the date and time of the appointment.
