All conference rooms are fully air-conditioned and equipped with state-of-the-art conference equipment. In addition, the names of the individual rooms refer to the unique Bolesławiec ceramics and the hotel's ceramic character. Therefore, their names are: Cup and Saucer, Mug and Teapot.
Two of our rooms are modular. Each room has an area of 56 m², and by combining them we can create a conference space of 112 m². The two smaller rooms have areas of 40 m² and 27 m².
In total, the center provides event space of up to 300 m², making Ibis Styles Bolesławiec one of the largest training and conference centers in Bolesławiec.
We provide our clients with high-quality audiovisual and projection equipment, including:
- multimedia projector,
- screen,
- multimedia flip chart,
- the possibility of fully darkening the rooms,
- wireless Internet access.
The conference center staff will be happy to help organize events of various types and sizes, including family events such as birthdays, christenings and First Communions, as well as business meetings.
Coffee breaks and refreshments in the form of lunches or dinners can be arranged at clients' request.
