The incident occurred during the night from Tuesday to Wednesday at 5 Sądowa Street in Bolesławiec. At around 1:10 a.m., when the wind grew stronger, a tree fell onto four passenger cars.
Firefighters called to the scene cut the branch into smaller pieces to remove it from the vehicles.
Strong Winds in October
Let us recall that three years ago, also in October, powerful windstorms struck Bolesławiec. At that time, trees fell in various locations. On Kaszubska Street, near the post office, a branch completely crushed a passenger car. Below is a video from that firefighters’ operation.
