Three rounds of matches remain until the end of the Lower Silesian fourth-division football competition. With 16 points, BKS are 10th in the competition table. In their latest matches (on 10 and 24 October), our team drew 2–2 with local side Konfeks in Legnica and lost 2–3 to GKS Kobierzyce. At half-time in Legnica, BKS were losing 0–1 (a penalty converted by Górski in the 40th minute). After the break, in the 47th minute, Serkies equalised. In the 62nd minute, following Andrzejewski’s shot, the hosts went ahead again. Eight minutes later, BKS levelled once more. Klimas scored.
After the draw in Legnica, BKS faced GKS Kobierzyce away. Unfortunately, the Bolesławiec team lost 2–3 to the hosts. GKS’s goals were scored by Gambal (15th minute), Bury (36th minute) and Mrowiec (61st minute). BKS’s goals were scored by: Rajchel (41st minute) and Nitarski (75th minute).
Against Lechia Dzierżoniów and Ślęza II Wrocław at home
The BKS–Lechnia Dzierżoniów match (third in the table), originally postponed because of the poor condition of the pitch at the Bolesławiec stadium, will take place this Wednesday, 28 October. Kick-off is scheduled for 15:00. On Saturday, 31 October, the Bolesławiec team will face the last-placed team in the table, Ślęza II Wrocław. This match will begin at 11:00.
If our team are thinking of joining the fight for promotion to the third division, they must win both matches. Twardy Świętoszów are a strong promotion candidate and confidently lead the fourth-division table with 30 points. Chrobry Nowogrodziec occupy second place, which also brings promotion. The Nowogrodziec team have collected 24 points, the same number as BKS’s Wednesday opponents, Lechia Dzierżoniów.
Update: 2009-10-28 18:00
In Wednesday’s match, BKS lost 0–3 to Lechia Dzierżoniów. The visitors’ goals were scored by: Włodek (31st minute), Paszkowski (44th minute) and Pietrzykowski (79th minute).
