Katarzyna Mrozik, an 8-year-old resident of Kraśnik Dolny, is a laureate of the 39th International Children's Art Competition, organized by the Japan Foundation for the Promotion of Art and Pentel. Children and young people from more than 40 countries take part in the competition. A world free from wars, violence, hatred and racial prejudice—that is the message of the initiative.
The student of the Youth Cultural Centre in Bolesławiec won a bronze medal for her work “Dancer”. Katarzyna has been attending art classes for more than three years. Painting is her hobby. She draws inspiration from the world of books. She has a rabbit named Kickowa, likes the TV series “Barwy szczęścia” and dreams of travelling to Croatia.
