As reported by Gazeta Wyborcza, the court in Jelenia Góra, at the request of the defense, lifted the clergyman’s pre-trial detention. It explained its decision by stating that the most important evidence in the case had already been presented and that the clergyman could have influenced it.
The clergyman will have to report to the police station in Pieńsk once a week. He is also banned from approaching the victims. As reported by “Gazeta Wyborcza,” there are no obstacles to the priest returning to Ruszów.
