Coach Leszek Dulat specially for Czytelnicy IstotnychInformacji
Leszek Dulat made his coaching debut for BKS in the match against Szczawno Zdrój Leszek Dulat. Especially for readers of the IstotneInformacje website, the coach commented on the winning match and discussed his first impressions of working at the Bolesławiec club:
The match started and ended well for us. That could be the shortest comment. We scored in the first attack, after a very nice move by Popecki and a finish by Serkies. Then I made a substitution. Robert Nitarski made a move, delivered a good pass, and Serkies scored his second goal. I congratulate the guys, although I believe they did not play an exceptional match. What matters, however, is earning points in a match. In the first half, we failed to take our chances. In the second half, the opponent, playing with the wind, tried at all costs to score an equalizer. Most of their chances came from set pieces, where the opponent was very dangerous. Fortunately, either the goalkeeper or the defenders rose to the occasion. Near the end, we launched a counterattack. Chrystian Serkies scored a very fine goal to make it 2–0. There were still chances in the closing stages. I am happy with the result because it is a good sign. I can also see some minor shortcomings in our play. We will discuss them and think about how to solve them. My vision of the game is slightly different from what the team currently presents. I see many positives in our attacking play, while there are quite a few deficiencies in defense. I think we will have to focus on eliminating these shortcomings. I believe we will quickly agree on how to address them. Mistakes such as misjudging the flight of the ball, for example, can result in conceding a goal. I am not giving any individual ratings because I have only known these players since Thursday. I think it will become easier for me to comment on them with each passing day. Today, above all, I am happy that we won.
