The president warned rally participants that a president unaffiliated with the Law and Justice party would not cooperate with the government. He suggested that Rafał Trzaskowski opposed Poland seeking reparations from Germany for the war.

– Recently, one could read in the Die Welt newspaper that their Warsaw correspondent, Mr. Fritz, reported that Mr. Trzaskowski would be a better president for Germany because he opposes Poland seeking reparations from Germany, because Poland should demand compensation and reparations for World War II – said Andrzej Duda.

President Andrzej Duda also addressed allegations, made by Fakt among others, concerning the pardon of a man who molested his underage daughter. Andrzej Duda described the allegations as a brutal attack on him directly connected with the elections.

– This slanderous attack is simply vile. It is the dirtiest kind of campaign. Why? Does the Axel Springer corporation, of German origin, which owns the Fakt newspaper, want to influence the presidential election in Poland? Is that how the Germans want to choose the president in Poland? This is vile! – shouted Andrzej Duda.

Andrzej Duda strongly emphasized that he would defend the Polish family and marriage understood as a union between a woman and a man. The president spoke about the introduced VAT reductions and the lower price of natural gas for households. He mentioned support for young entrepreneurs and investments in Poland by Microsoft and Google. He promised fiber-optic internet in every Polish school. He praised cooperation with and support from the United States of America.

At the end of the meeting, Andrzej Duda repeated that Poland is for all Poles who carry their homeland in their hearts and can sing the national anthem. The president's speech lasted 32 minutes. There were no incidents, although a large group of Rafał Trzaskowski's supporters gathered in Bolesławiec's market square and disrupted Andrzej Duda's speech with whistles.
