Prime Minister of the United Right government Mateusz Morawiecki visited Kraśnik in the Lublin region. The Prime Minister encouraged residents to participate in the second round of the presidential election and vote for Andrzej Duda:
Go confidently to the polling stations on July 12. Younger people, older people, people in the prime of life. It is safer than when you go out every day to the store, the post office, church or anywhere else. We must all go to the polling stations. I appeal especially to those who did not go because they were afraid of something. There is nothing left to fear.
He added that “the epidemiological situation is also under control, because there are fewer and fewer cases”.

Professor Krzysztof Simon, head of the infectious diseases department at the Regional Specialist Hospital in Wrocław:
I do not see the end of the epidemic. The virus is spreading among many people. The number of infections is not decreasing. We have fewer cases here, but now the problem will begin with the coast, health resorts, hotels and restaurants. It is difficult not to take advantage of these things, but those nine or ten million people should continue to follow the restrictions.
