In an interview with Secretary of State Marzena Machałek, Grażyna Hanaf discusses Andrzej Duda’s election results, remote education, and the president’s campaign proposals included in the Family Card.
Marzena Machałek:
Before the second round, the tension is high, the stress is high, and the stakes are high.
I avoid an aggressive tone. I try to avoid insulting one another.
On the Internet, you can attack someone. I try not to use such expressions, because they remain somewhere.
All Poles have the right to vote for the candidate with whom they feel safer.
People with different levels of education vote for Andrzej Duda.
We care about Poland’s balanced development.
We took care of people who lost out during the changes in Poland. Everyone deserves respect.
One may have a formal higher education but lack personal skills.
The elections were important to us, but the most important thing was limiting the number of infections (during the pandemic).
You can never be certain of the final election result, but I am optimistic.
I know Andrzej Duda personally. He is a great patriot, a well-educated person who respects every human being, even someone with less education.
I wanted to associate myself with a party that wanted to change Poland, which is why I joined Law and Justice.
I remember Rafał Trzaskowski as a member of parliament. He has now become very radical.
We do not have to prove to anyone that we are Europeans, because we have always been. We must safeguard Polish interests.
European countries fight for their own interests. President Andrzej Duda is a guarantee that Polish interests will be protected.
Remote education cannot replace traditional education. It proved effective in a crisis situation.
I thank the teachers for their openness and patience. I also thank the parents and children. Everyone passed this test.
I want to reassure you: we are preparing to resume traditional education on September 1.
I support vocational education. I cooperate with Bolesławiec County.
Support for families, children, and women is an important issue for the president.
I organized support groups for victims of domestic violence.
Children who witness violence are also victims of violence.
The best prevention is good upbringing at home and at school.
Gender ideology is an ideology that attacks the family. Ideology is one thing, and people are another.
I would like to sincerely thank the residents of Bolesławiec County for their high turnout in the election and for supporting Andrzej Duda.
I strongly urge everyone to take part in the second round.
What Poland and the region will be like depends on cooperation between the president and the government.
