On Wednesday (June 10), the BKS Bolesławiec senior team played its first friendly match ahead of the 2020/2021 season. Apis Jędrzychowice, leaders of the fourth division (Western group), came to Spółdzielcza. The visitors, who play one tier higher, enjoyed the territorial advantage and created more scoring opportunities, but it was the Bolesławiec side who scored the first goal of the match.

Following Adrian Puzio’s shot and an uncertain intervention by the Apis goalkeeper, Jakub Kwoczka reached the ball and confidently put BKS ahead. It was the 30th minute of the match. Unfortunately, before the break, following a misunderstanding in our defence and an unlucky intervention by Mateusz Olesiński, the ball deflected off Jacek Bochnia and went into Jakub Walczak’s goal.

Two more goals for Apis were scored in the second half. First, Michał Rachański got on the scoresheet, and Kamil Kurianowicz. secured the final result late in the match. BKS Bolesławiec–Apis Jędrzychowice 1–3 (1–1).
