– Many entrepreneurs were looking for this information because they wanted to know at what stage the processing of their application was, says Iwona Kowalska-Matis, ZUS regional press spokesperson in Lower Silesia. – Now everyone who submitted an application electronically can do so.
The new feature is available on the profiles of people who submitted RDZ applications for an exemption from paying contributions. The information is available in the Płatnik tab in the side menu (Documents and Messages), in the form of an additional tab called “Anti-crisis shield – applications”.
What should an entrepreneur without a PUE ZUS account do?
An account can be created during a visit to ZUS or online, without leaving home. – It is best to do this using your trusted profile, because then there is no need to visit ZUS to confirm your identity, explains I. Kowalska-Matis.
As the spokesperson explains, this “secure” method is necessary because, after activating the account, users gain not only access to all their data related to social insurance, but can also submit instructions online, such as changing the bank account number to which money from ZUS is transferred.
