The weeks-long search for the child resonated widely throughout Poland. The police deployed considerable forces and resources in the search, for which the child’s family is grateful. The family also asked Biuro Rutkowski for help. The assistance of Maja and Krzysztof Rutkowski was equally important to the relatives, as was the search itself—particularly the psychological support and care provided to the child’s mother.
Kacperek’s mother and father, siblings, and closest family, friends and residents of Nowogrodziec are accompanying him on his final journey. Firefighters from Nowogrodziec also paid tribute to the boy’s memory.
