Piotr Roman:

I would send my granddaughter to kindergarten in May if I knew that nothing would put her at risk. There is no indication that the pandemic is beginning to end.

The situation in Chojnów is dramatic. Let us remember what happened in Nowogrodziec.

I know from doctors that around 80% of people infected with the coronavirus go through it asymptomatically, but infect others.

None of the decisions being made recently are consulted with local governments. They are strictly political decisions.

Today’s situation resembles driving a car in fog without using GPS.

The value of the relief we have granted to local businesses has already exceeded PLN 2 million.

Beata Sulska:

A meeting lasting several hours with kindergarten directors convinced us that we cannot take responsibility for opening the kindergartens now.

A letter has been sent to the sanitary inspection requesting guidelines.

Initially, 30% of parents wanted to send their children to kindergartens in May. Later, 20%. Now it is just 17%.

The best way to maintain hygienic conditions in the kindergarten is to collect the children at the door.

The kindergartens are planned to open in the second half of May.

The kindergartens will serve a more childcare-oriented than educational function.

Procedures and guidelines concerning children’s stay in kindergartens will be sent to parents by email.
