Dear Sir or Madam,

In view of the COVID-19 pandemic and following current events, which affect all sectors of the economy to varying degrees, as well as the nationwide precautionary measures introduced, we would like to inform you about the steps we have taken to ensure smooth and safe work so that the development can be completed in accordance with the construction schedule.

Our company and the entities cooperating with us are working to ensure optimum safety in order to minimize the new and unprecedented scale of risk, thereby maintaining the continuity of all construction processes and customer service in the least disrupted manner possible. Distribution channels for construction materials remain open for now; however, recognizing the significant increase in the indirect costs of our operations and higher prices caused by difficulties in the production and logistics of materials (the introduction of precautionary measures, personal protective equipment for employees, travel and service costs), we inform you that construction materials were ordered in advance and current deliveries ensure the completion of the ongoing construction stages.

Work on erecting the buildings is organized every day with redoubled effort, resulting in an accelerated construction schedule and the completion of subsequent stages ahead of time. We are convinced that the contractors are aware of the need to observe precautionary measures in order to ensure that employees can work in safe conditions.

Taking into account the possible legal solutions set out in the “special-purpose act” of March 2, 2020 (Journal of Laws 2020, item 374), as well as a range of preventive recommendations, we will respond to the changing situation by introducing internal preventive measures.

Bearing in mind other possible threats and the potential introduction of legal regulations resulting in further restrictions, such as the suspension of construction work (analogous to the closure of businesses in other sectors), we are already diligently completing subsequent construction stages, ensuring the successful continuation of the current Nadrzeczna 2 residential development on ul. Mostowa in Bolesławiec. It is worth emphasizing that the project is currently nearly one month ahead of the originally planned construction schedule.

We also assure our new and prospective customers that, despite the difficult situation and continual increases in construction costs, we will continue to take preventive measures to maintain our current offer.

Together, as we face these unexpected problems, let us try to get through this time.

Yours sincerely,

Developer's Office
