The incident occurred on Sunday before 3:30 p.m. on the road from Kliczków to Bolesławiec. A car driven by a woman went into a ditch, and she was thrown out of the vehicle. Passengers in another vehicle initially performed CPR on the woman, followed by rescuers. Unfortunately, she could not be saved.
Three fire service units were at the scene.
Update 6:00 p.m.
As we learned, the accident claimed the life of a volunteer firefighter from OSP Grodziec, Ula F. She was 22 years old.
The police and prosecutor's office are investigating the causes of the incident at the scene.
The road remains closed.
