A reader, a resident of Osiecznica Municipality, wrote to us via Facebook: Reader:
It concerns the apartment blocks in Ławszowa, which are making life miserable for half the village. During the heating season, there is no point going for a walk […], because you simply cannot get through; the smoke is thick, it stings your eyes, and you cannot breathe. In the apartment, you can forget about opening a window, because the smell is terrible.
She added:
The matter was reported both last year and this year, with zero response!!!
Joanna Strzelecka, “Civitas” Property Management:
I would like to inform you that no report concerning this matter had previously been submitted to our office—as the manager of the jointly owned property in Ławszowa [...]. Naturally, we will deal with the matter immediately and present the above problem at the nearest Homeowners’ Association meeting (on 29 February 2020).
J. Strzelecka points out:
The decision is made by the owners of the premises, so whether a possible change to the heating system in the Association’s buildings is feasible will depend on their position.
