The incident occurred at around 11:00 p.m. on Lubańska Street in Bolesławiec. The scooter driver fell over while riding and landed on the roadway. He suffered head and leg injuries. The emergency medical team took the unconscious man to the ambulance.
It is unofficially known that the driver is from Rakowice and is 23 years old. He was probably under the influence of alcohol.
