On Monday morning, a patient came to the Emergency Department of the Provincial Hospital Centre in Jelenia Góra with a metal ring stuck on his genitals.
The man suffered local circulatory arrest and swelling of the penis. To help remove the metal ring, doctors called firefighters from Jelenia Góra.
The uniformed officers’ intervention was successful. The firefighters removed the ring from the man’s genitals using a mini grinder with a small disc. The man was then attended to by paramedics. The incident was reported by the 24jgora.pl portal.
