Marcin Zabawa: – Mr President, what is happening with the reserve team coach? Will the reserve team still compete?
Jan Woch: – There is no reserve team coach. On July 15, he informed me that he had signed an agreement with Raciborowice. He resigned from working with BKS Bobrzanie, claiming that he did not have enough players to field a team. As a result, the reserve team was withdrawn from the competition on July 16.

If the board withdrew the reserve team from the competition, what consequences will this have?
The team was withdrawn on July 16 despite earlier arrangements with coach M. Rutkowski that it would remain in the competition. The club will face financial consequences imposed by OZPN Jelenia Góra. For now, we do not know what the amount will be.

Let us talk about the juniors. Will there be any reinforcements for the team that will play in the Lower Silesian Junior League?
It would be best to address this question to the junior team coach, Henryk Kusojć. The juniors are resuming training. We are also looking for new players at neighboring clubs.

What about the senior team? Sławomir Iskrzak, Paweł Rissmann and Józef Pietrzak reportedly do not want to play for BKS.
All three are adults who know what they want to do in life. The summer transfer window is still underway. Players who have turned 23 can move to another club without the consent of their parent club. Sławomir Iskrzak informed me by telephone that he was giving up football for personal reasons. I do not know what decisions Paweł Rissmann and Józef Pietrzak have made.

Which of the players training with BKS have the best chances of staying at the club?
Whether someone will play in Bolesławiec depends on a decision they make themselves. At present, we are interested in Grzegorz Majchrzak, Mirosław Kuntz, Łukasz Bednarz, Seweryn Kędzierski, Adam Popecki and Jacek Kanas.

Is it certain that Adam Klimas will no longer play for BKS?
Adam Klimas has returned to Górnik Polkowice [po wypożyczeniu – dop. red.], his parent club. However, we are interested in signing Adam for a longer period; the decision in this matter will be made by the board of the club from Polkowice.

Is it true that Chrystian Serkies may return to BKS?
Yes. Preliminary talks were held about the terms of Chrystian’s return to the club. We are waiting for the player’s final decision.

Have there been any changes to the BKS board before the new season?
Only Leszek Markowski has resigned. The rest of the board continues to work in the same composition.

What happens next with the first team? What is the club’s strategy for the new season?
We are entering the competition. We are seeking the strongest reinforcements we can afford financially. The club is not just the first team. It also has five youth teams, four of which participate in league competitions organized by OZPN Jelenia Góra. There is also an Orlik team that competes in tournaments. I believe that the youth teams and their coaches can boast a great success. The fact that all of them finished in places one to three, that is, on the podium, shows that in terms of youth development we are one of the strongest clubs in the Jelenia Góra district. The promotion of the junior teams to the Lower Silesian Junior League is also a great success.

Thank you for the interview.
Thank you.
