The cards laid out by tarot reader Paweł Dziwisz warn the president about the people he surrounds himself with at work and about bad advisers. A woman—one of his advisers—born under the sign of Pisces, Cancer or Scorpio is said to be particularly dangerous. She does not have pure intentions toward the president. He should be wary of her and verify her advice. According to the cards, the president has good intuition and should trust it.

Piotr Roman is also surrounded by acquaintances who do not have pure intentions. They try to manipulate and exploit him. The president is not always able to refuse, and this may be the source of problems.

The problems mainly concern money. A dilemma related to finances is taking shape. The president is hesitating over whether to sign a document. A difficult period will come in October. That is when he may face accusations of mismanaging municipal assets. The president must be careful not to make a mistake or give away too much money. The problem is probably not with the president himself, but with his advisers. They do not have pure intentions. The president should follow his own opinion, supported by serious life experience.

Piotr Roman is working on his image—the cards say so. He presents himself as someone capable of managing and governing, a person with extensive knowledge. He displays caring qualities and tries to act as a patron of various projects. At the same time, he is characterized by cautious decision-making; he often prefers to wait rather than decide something too hastily. At work, he is perceived as a despotic person who is difficult to get along with.

Those around him think of him as a man who is sitting on the money. Ordinary people perceive him as someone who is constantly worried, lonely and therefore somewhat aggressive.

Do people trust him as the city’s president? The cards say no. People accuse him of inconsistency in his actions and of getting involved in unfavorable projects. He does inspire trust in conversation, however, making a good impression at first.

The cards say that the president is very stressed and attaches great importance to public opinion. He is terribly afraid of the opinions of those around him. He is deeply oversensitive on this point. This may lead to unforeseen actions. However, he does not take these actions officially as president. The cards warn that if he pretends to be someone else, if he acts like a braggart—which, according to the cards, he likes to do—he may lose a great deal.

Do the cards tell the whole truth? Only the president himself knows. We intend to ask for tarot readings for all the more important politicians in our city. We will soon find out what the cards say about Cezary Przybylski, the Bolesławiec County governor.
