BKS Bolesławiec’s match against Olimpia Kamienna Góra ended in a convincing victory. Our team won 7–0 (3–0) and successfully concluded the football year at Spółdzielcza. Three goals in the match were scored by Marek Majka, two by Adrian Puzio, while Łukasz Graczyk and Adrian Kulesza added one each.
The match was played in heavy rain, but fortunately this did not affect our team’s performance. From the beginning, our players imposed their style of play and quickly created opportunities to score. In the 5th minute, Adrian Puzio headed the ball well, but the visiting goalkeeper anticipated the shooter’s intentions. In the 12th minute, Marek Majka failed to convert a good one-on-one opportunity. When Łukasz Graczyk missed a penalty in the 14th minute, awarded for a foul on Marek Majka, bad memories from the start of the season returned. Fortunately, the missed chances spurred BKS Bolesławiec into action, and the team soon took the lead. In the 25th minute, Marek Majka put us ahead with a fine shot from the corner of the penalty area (assist by Filip Zagórski), opening the scoring. In the 34th minute, Łukasz Graczyk produced a fine pass, and Marek Majka, after two attempts, put the ball into Olimpia Kamienna Góra’s net for the second time. When it seemed that the score would remain unchanged until the break, Adrian Puzio delivered a fine cross from the right in the 45th minute, and Adrian Kulesza, well positioned in the penalty area, headed the ball home to make it 3–0 to BKS Bolesławiec at half-time.
The course of the match changed little in the second half, except that the ambitious Olimpia Kamienna Góra players appeared more frequently near our goal. Fortunately, Jakub Walczak performed well between the posts for BKS that day, dealing with every threat in our penalty area. In the 50th minute, we took our second penalty of the match, and this time Marek Majka converted it into a goal. In the 60th minute, following another counterattack, a combination between Marek Majka and Łukasz Graczyk ended with the latter scoring, making it the fifth goal for our team. In the 68th minute, the goalkeeper from Kamienna Góra stopped an excellent one-on-one move, but the ball fell to Adrian Puzio, who increased the lead to 6–0 with a shot from outside the penalty area. It is worth highlighting the good performance of the Olimpia Kamienna Góra goalkeeper, who repeatedly prevented the visitors from conceding. Adrian Puzio completed the scoring in the 86th minute, converting Marek Majka’s pass and setting the final score at 7–0 for BKS Bolesławiec.
Saturday’s match was our last one this year in front of the Bolesławiec crowd. Next week, we face a difficult away trip to Ruszów to play the local Victoria.
