The parking lot in front of Biedronka on Wróblewskiego Street in Bolesławiec is becoming increasingly overgrown. As cars pass, branches scrape against their roofs. People walking along the pavement have to bend down because branches hang just above it.
He added:
In the bushes that have grown out of what was presumably meant to be a hedge, “social life” flourishes from morning until evening.
I wonder who should take care of this—apparently nobody’s—patch of greenery? It looks terrible :(
