On Sunday, June 7, the 2nd Chess Tournament for the KS TOP Bolesławiec Cup was held at Municipal Gymnasium No. 3 in Bolesławiec. The competition was played using the Swiss system (9 rounds, 15 minutes per player per game). Thirty-three chess players from across the voivodeship took part in the tournament.
In the open category, Jerzy Kot won. The best junior was Aleksander Łukaszewicz from Legnica, while Kacper Grela, a TOP Bolesławiec player, was the best under-12 player.
The tournament was organized by TOP Bolesławiec. The prizes were presented by the club’s president, Robert Tomczyk.
