In 2012, the first and so far only shopping gallery in the city – Bolesławiec City Center was opened with great success, followed by the three-star Centrum Hotel. Now, several months before the planned opening of the next project, the Stary Dworzec retail park, the investor is completing the commercialization process, which currently stands at 92 percent. Only three small premises remain available for lease.

“For more than seven years, Bolesławiec City Center gallery has enjoyed great popularity among tenants and visitors. Throughout this period, we have maintained a 100 percent occupancy rate at the facility. From the beginning, we have been associated, among others, with the LPP Group, which decided to locate its five brands here: Sinsay, Cropp, House, Mohito and Reserved,” emphasizes Edyta Bystra, Member of the Antan Development Management Board, supervising the commercialization process.

Over all these years, the only things that have changed are the store standards and the increasingly larger and more attractive range of products. All this is intended to meet customers’ growing expectations.

Antan Development’s new project

“Recognizing the needs of the residents of this exceptionally dynamically developing city, we are delivering another retail facility in Bolesławiec, but in a different format—this time a retail park. It is also located right in the city center, with a large car park, directly next to the operating Biedronka grocery store,” adds Edyta Bystra.

Stary Dworzec will open soon, at the end of November 2019. Its excellent location, architecture and retail concept have attracted well-known and respected brands already at this stage. Three LPP brands—Sinsay, Cropp and House—are moving from the gallery to Stary Dworzec. Rossmann is opening another store, while Bolesławiec’s first Smyk and Empik stores are also being established. A modern Fitarena Fitness Club will provide an additional complement, offering sports and recreation services at the highest European level.

Antan Development’s aim was to create retail facilities that would harmoniously blend into the surrounding buildings, allowing residents to conveniently access everyday shopping. We strive to ensure that a properly composed tenant mix translates into strong interest among potential consumers and enriches the retail offering of the city of Bolesławiec.

Stary Dworzec Retail Park

The Stary Dworzec retail and service park is being built in Bolesławiec at the intersection of Bolesława Chrobrego, Hutnicza and Staroszkolna streets. In practical terms, it is in the city center, a short distance from the market square. On a plot measuring approximately 13,500 square meters, we have planned a facility with a built-up area of approximately 4,900 square meters. The center will contain a total of 13 premises. We will also prepare one approximately 600-square-meter unit intended for food-service use, with a designated area and an adjoining outdoor garden. The project also includes 195 parking spaces around the center.
