A specialist team from Wrocław has completed its work. The body of the missing 48-year-old resident of the Nowogrodziec municipality was recovered from a pond in Gierałtów.
The police and prosecutor’s office are investigating the causes of the tragedy.
As a reminder, the incident occurred on Sunday, June 30, in the evening, in Gierałtów (Nowogrodziec municipality). Officers received a report that a man had entered a pond in the village and had not resurfaced.
Sunday’s search was suspended after 9:00 p.m. because it was getting dark. It resumed on Monday.
