The commercialization of Stary Dworzec is progressing at an incredible pace. Six months before the planned opening, the following chains joined the group of tenants: Empik, Smyk, Rossmann and three brands from LPP: House, Sinsay and Cropp.
The information about Martes Sport as a planned tenant has disappeared from the shopping park’s website. In addition to the chains mentioned above, a fitness club and a hair salon are still planned for the park.
The Stary Dworzec Shopping Park is being built on the site of the former eastern PKP station in Bolesławiec, between Chrobrego, Hutnicza and Staroszkolna streets. The opening is scheduled for the end of 2019. The area around the park will have 195 parking spaces.
