The competition consisted of three stages. First, the athletes faced a 750-metre swimming leg, followed by 20 km on bicycles, then a quick change of shoes and the final 5 km run through the streets of Susz to the finish line.
Once again, Bolesławiec native Klaudia Petters confirmed her place among Poland’s leading triathletes by winning a silver medal in the U23 category.
It is worth noting that this is already the fifth Polish Championship medal won by our athlete this year. Klaudia is the reigning Polish champion in sprint-distance aquathlon and middle-distance duathlon, the Polish U23 runner-up in sprint-distance duathlon, and a bronze medallist at the Polish Middle-Distance Duathlon Championships in the elite category.
