A Mercedes and a Ford collided head-on on Thursday, June 6, at approximately 3:00 p.m. in Łąka, near the former Wizów Chemical Plant. The driver of the Mercedes, a 60-year-old man from Bolesławiec County, moved into the opposite lane for reasons that have not yet been established and struck a Ford Fiesta, which was also being driven by a resident of our county.
The Ford driver was taken to hospital for diagnostic tests. Fortunately, it turned out that he had not suffered any serious injuries.
