Apartments on Kleeberga–Starzyński Street from PLN 300,000 to PLN 320,000—the second stage!

The entire development began in February 2018 and, in its first stage, involved the construction of 3 separate buildings with 12 apartments (four apartments in each building: two on the ground floor and two upstairs). This stage was completed in May 2019.

The second stage includes the construction of:

• 2 residential buildings, with four apartments in each building, measuring approximately 57 m² plus a basement of approximately 25 m²

The apartments are finished to an enhanced developer standard, and turnkey finishing is available:

• each apartment has an individual outside entrance,
• the heat source is a gas boiler (underfloor heating throughout the apartment),
• three-pane PVC windows with electric blinds,
• the apartments are completely rent-free,
• all apartments have one assigned parking space.
• Ground-floor apartments have a small garden assigned to them, while upstairs apartments have balconies and
  an attic that can be adapted.

The entire complex will be fenced, ensuring your safety and giving it the character of a gated community.
