On May 16, 2019, a ceremony was held to lay the cornerstone at the construction site of Stary Dworzec Retail Park. The ceremony provided an excellent opportunity to see the investment site. The construction site landscape is changing from day to day. The park is scheduled to open in the autumn of this year.

Representatives of the city and county, the investor, as well as the contractors and managers of the retail park, attended the ceremony. What the ceremony looked like can be seen in the video below.

The retail park will also have space for a grocery market with an area of 1,175 m², a pharmacy, a clothing store, an electronics and household appliances store, a drugstore, and a hair salon. A total of 176 parking spaces will also be created.
