The incident occurred overnight from Saturday to Sunday. Between Bolesławiec and Chościszowice, just beyond the railway crossing, the car left the road and landed in a ditch.
Three people were travelling in the car, which had Wrocław registration plates. One of them fled the scene, another remained by the vehicle, and firefighters had to free the third.
