During the gala, all activities and completed projects were described in detail. People were honoured for their cooperation and assistance in public-benefit activities: Dr Wojciech Kasprzyk, attorney Małgorzata Gruszecka and journalist Grażyna Hanaf.
Among the parents honoured for helping with public-benefit activities were Anna Mandziuk and Izabela Migdał. Igor Zatylny was named Volunteer of the Year; Kornelia Przybylska and Grzegorz Kowalczyk received distinctions.
As usual, the gala was held in a warm, family atmosphere. Artistic performances by volunteers were presented. Parents and representatives of public institutions attended.
“I am pleased with the volunteers’ work,” said Dawid Kołodziej, president of the Polish Psychopedagogical Society. “I am glad that the young people influence one another so positively and motivate each other to help others. I am impressed by their dedication. I am also proud of the entire team, thanks to which our organisation is growing dynamically. Together, we are creating something incredible,” the president said.
