On Saturday, 9 May (from 10:00 to 14:00), residents will be able to undergo free preventive examinations in the park by the district hospital. The following examinations will be performed without a referral: laboratory tests, blood sugar tests, hearing tests, spirometry, ultrasound scans, ECGs and blood pressure measurements.
On that day, residents of our district will also be able to consult doctors in the fields of gynaecology (including a cervical smear test), orthopaedics and breast disease prevention, as well as obtain information about learning how to perform breast self-examinations, the principles of proper nutrition, diabetes education, newborn care and stoma care.
The organisers have also planned first-aid demonstrations and refreshments at the café.
